We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in original sealed condition

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct item is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
